Volunteer Time Commitment:

  • Training: Volunteers need to be available for training between 5 pm and 9 pm on Thursday, April 10. You will not be required to come right at the beginning or stay the whole time, but you will need to be there long enough to be prepared to effectively fulfill your specific role at Artapalooza.

  • Day of the event: Setting up for Artapalooza begins at 7 am on April 26, and takedown will begin at 2:15 pm. Many of our vendors would appreciate some helping hands and we ask any available volunteers to be there for setup and takedown. The event itself runs from 9 am until 2 pm. Your time commitment will depend on your specific role(s).

Volunteer Qualifications:

Volunteers do not need to be an expert or even a novice in the arts! We are happy to train you in any art activity you would like to help with. There are also many not-artistic roles that need to be filled.
